산더미같네요ㅠㅠ</font></div> <div><font size="3"><br></font></div> <div><font size="3">오늘은 무려 조깅을 4일 연속이나 나갔습니다! 어제 공부한 거 생각하면서 천천히 뛰었습죠ㅋㅋ 게다가 저녁에는 근력 운동도 했습니다! 별로 부담없이 엄마랑 수다떨면서 완료했습니다ㅋㅋ 확실히 이게 좋아요. 생활에 별 지장도 없고, 그냥 은근슬쩍 원래 해야하는 것인마냥 일상에 슬쩍 끼어들어있는 것. 굉장히 만족스럽네요. 목표하는 몸이 되어서도 이게 습관이 되어있으면 좋겠습니당ㅎㅎ</font></div> <div><font size="3"><br></font></div> <div><font size="3">점심 때 학식에는 비빔만두(!)가 나왔는데요, 2조각을 가져왔다가 결국 안 먹고 야채만 집어먹었습니다. 밥 먹을 때 지키는 원칙 중 하나가 먹고 싶지 않거나 먹어야할 의무가 없는 것들은 먹지 않는 것입니다. 튀긴 만두는 별로 먹고 싶지 않은 것이기에 먹지 않았죠. 야채는 먹어야하는 거니까 먹었고요. 또 요즘 집에는 아이스크림이 넘쳐납니다. 거의 오빠 차지예요. 이번 여름에 목표 몸무게 달성하려면 아이스크림은 그림의 떡입니다ㅠㅠ 그런데 별로 먹기가 간절하지는 않더군요. 이 두 경우를 생각해보자면, 확실히 저는 식이조절에 익숙해져있는 것 같습니다. 좋은 징조겠죠?ㅎㅎ </font></div> <div><font size="3"><br></font></div> <div><font size="3">요번 주는 생리통이 심하던 하루 빼고 근력 운동에 성공했네요(박수!). 별로 부담은 없는 운동량입니다. 하지만 효과를 보려면 강도나 무게나 횟수같은 걸 올려야 된다는 걸 알고 있기에 고민 중입니다. 일단 필요한 운동은 나름 하고 있습니다만(플랭크, 스쿼트, 데드리프트, 푸쉬업 등) 그걸 어떻게 하느냐가 문제겠네요. 혹시 추가해야할 운동이나 강도를 올려야한다는 등의 변화가 필요하면 언제든지 찔러주시면
