게시판서 여성 병역의무화 찬반양론 '시끌'<br><br>(서울=연합뉴스) 고은지 기자 = 30일 오후 서울대학교에서 "여성도 군대에 보내달라"는 이색 '2인 시위'가 벌어졌다.<br><br>서울대 대학본부 앞에서 "남성만 국방의 의무를 다하는 것은 위헌입니다"라는 내용의 팻말을 든 시위자 2명은 다름 아닌 이 학교에 다니는 여학생들이었다.<br><br>이날 시위를 계획한 것은 사회과학대에 재학 중인 A씨다.<br><br>지난 21일 강원도 동부전선에서 발생한 GOP(일반전초) 총기 난사 사건으로 학내 온라인 커뮤니티인 '스누라이프'에서 "여성도 군대에 가야 한다"는 식의 주장이 제기된 것이 계기가 됐다.<br><br>A씨는 지난 29일 '여자들 우리 군대 갑시다'라는 제목의 글에서 "여성도 군대를 의무적으로 가게 해달라고 학교에서 시위하자"고 제안했다.<br><br>A씨는 약속한 30일 오후 12시 '여성의 군 복무 의무화를 찬성합니다'라는 팻말을 들고 대학본부 앞에 나왔고, A씨의 주장에 동조한 농업생명과학대 12학번 홍서정 씨가 시위에 참여했다.<br><br>홍씨는 "(A씨와) 서로 아는 사이는 아니지만 스누라이프의 글을 보고 동참하게 됐다"면서 "남성만 국방의 의무를 다하는 것은 위헌이며 평등을 위해서는 바뀌어야 한다"고 주장했다.<br><br>A씨는 "여성의 병역의무화를 찬성하는 목소리가 있다는 것을 알리기 위해 나왔다"며 "일단 오늘 하루 3시간 정도 시위를 벌이고 앞으로 스누라이프 등에서 논의가 진행되는 것을 보고 서명운동 등 앞으로의 계획을 생각해보겠다"고 말했다.<br><br>방학 중인 탓에 시위 현장은 비교적 한산했지만, 온라인에서는 이 문제를 두고 격렬한 논쟁이 벌어졌다.<br><br>특히 1인 시위를 예고한 A씨의 글에는 100건이 넘는 댓글이 달렸다.<br><br>댓글은 '군가산점제, 총기난사 사건 등과 맞물려 꼭 필요한 논의'라는 지지 의견부터 '모병제로 가야 할 시점에 나머지 반(여성)도 군대에 보내라고 하는 건 시대착오적 발상'이라는
