제 식단을 보신 커뮤니티 분들이 천칼로리 안팎이다, 너무 적게 먹는다는 말씀들을 하셔서 당황했습니다. 아무리 생각해도 천 칼로리는 아닌 것 같은데... 너무 뭉뚱거려서 식단을 올렸기 때문인걸까요? 밥 반 공기에 일반식 점심저녁, 이 그렇게 적게 먹는 것은 아닌 것 같은데 말입니다. 월경이 멎은 이유는 병원에 가서 검사를 받고, 음식 섭취량을 늘리라는 조언을
