아침 조깅을 할 때 쉬지 않고 30분 정도를 뜁니다. 예전에는 진짜 딱 죽을 것 같다는 생각이 들었는데, 한 두 달쯤 지나니 약간 숨만 찰 뿐 꽤 할 만하고 개운한 느낌이 우선 듭니다. 중간에 쉬거나 걷게 되면 찝찝한 기분이 든달까요, 그런데 오늘은 화장실이 급한 바람에--;; 지하철역 안에 들어가서 해결을 했습니다만 본의 아니게 중간에 멈춰버렸네요. 시간이 좀 더 걸린 건 둘째치고 운동의 효율성이 떨어진 건만 같습니다. 음, 안 하는 것보단 낫다고 생각해야겠네요. 그런데 진짜 달리다가 멈추면 제가 느끼는 대로 운동의 효율이 떨어지나요? 사실인지는 잘 모르겠습니다.</font></div> <div><font size="3"><br></font></div> <div><font size="3">남성분들도 마찬가지겠지만, 여자가 근육량을 제대로 늘리려면 1년에 1kg 늘리는 것도 정말 대단한 것이다, 라는 식의 글을 봤습니다. 근육을 늘리려면 엄청나게 잘 먹고 엄청나게 운동을 해야한다는 사실도 알았고요. 이것 참, 어렴풋이 알고는 있었지만 제대로 들으니 확 와닿는군요. 확실히 집에서 하는 근육 운동으로는 한계가 명확한 것 같습니다. 이래서 운동에 돈을 쓰는
