(풀업 100개, 푸쉬업 200개 채웠어요!!!!) <br>물론 뒤로갈수록 자세가 나빠지기는 했지만 그래도 완전 뿌듯 >_<<br><br>가끔씩 운동장에서 반동 머슬업 시도해보고 있는중인데 별 진전은 없네요... (천천히 하다보면 되겠죠!!)<br><br>그런데 푸쉬업은 매일해도 상관 없을까요 ??<br>10개까지는 괜찮은데 더 하려고하면 뭔가 관절이 아픈 느낌이랄까?? 그래서 겁나서 더 못하겠는데 매일해서 단련시키면 어떨까하는데 더 악화되려나요 ? ㅠㅠ<br>팔쪽은 근육 회복이 빨라서 엄청난 운동강도가 아니면 매일해도 괜찮다고 들었는데, 그래도 그냥 풀업이랑 같이 하는게 낫겠죠?? (아님 벤치딥스를 매일하는게 나으려나...)<br><br>아무튼 이렇게 요즘은 자꾸 운동 루틴을 바꾸는 재미에 빠졌네요 ㅋㅋ<br><br>다들 득근득근 ~~ ㄷㄱㄷㄱ!!<br><br>
