도로를 가로 지릅니다.<br><br>경찰이 나서보지만 그때뿐입니다.<br><br>[경찰 : 한국은 무단횡단하면 벌금을 냅니다.]<br><br>좀 더 자세한 설명은 엄두가 나지 않습니다.<br><br>[김석수 순경/서부경찰서 노형지구대 : 저희가 서 있음에도 중국관광객들은 자연스럽게 무단횡단하는 경우가 많이 있습니다. 설명해 드리고 싶어도 어려움이 있습니다.]<br><br>제주에서 중국인들의 기초질서 위반 사례는 2013년 174명에서 지난해 1267명까지 증가했습니다.<br><br>결국 제주경찰은 스스로 해결책을 찾아나섰습니다. 자체적으로 중국어 교실을 연 겁니다.<br><br>[무단횡단하지 마세요.]<br><br>[화내지 마세요.]<br><br>현장에서 바로 쓸 수 있는 간단한 문장부터 생활 중국어까지, 손과 입을 다 동원해 열정적으로 배웁니다.<br><br>[김소연 경위/제주경찰청 안전계 : 작년 9월부터 중국어 수업을 계속 들어왔거든요. 지금은 중국인을 만나도 두렵고 무섭고 했던 게 많이 나아졌고요.]<br><br>강의는 중국어 강사 출신 동료 경찰관이 맡아 현장에서 꼭 필요한 내용을 콕콕 집어줍니다.<br><br>경찰업무 특성상 학원
