더러워진 두꺼운 옷을 입고 두꺼운 신발을 신은 모습에 '연락 왔던 그 분이구나.'하고 한눈에 알아볼 수 있었습니다. 역시나 보호자 없이 보안요원과 함께 들어왔습니다.</p> <p class="wrap_item item_type_text" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;font-family:'Noto Sans 마구 발버둥을 치는 상태였습니다. 이름을 물어도 제대로 대답할 수 있는 상태가 아닌 것 같더군요. 다행히 동공 반응은 정상이었고 사지가 다 제대로 움직이는 것으로 보아 뇌혈관 질환은 아닐 가능성이 높아졌습니다. 저혈당이나 고암모니아혈증 등 내과 대사질환이나 간질발작 후 상태 등을 의심해 봐야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.</p> <p class="wrap_item item_type_text" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;font-family:'Noto Sans DemiLight', 'Malgun 않아 인슐린 양을 증가</span>시키는 중이었다고 하는군요. 식사를 잘 했음에도 인슐린 양 조절 실패로 저혈당에 빠져 추운 날씨에 길에서 쓰러졌던 모양입니다. 다행히 환자를 알아본 안과 전공의들이 점심식사 다녀오는 길에 환자를 발견하고 응급실로 보낸 것이었지요. 그나마 쓰러진 원인이 뇌혈관질환이 아니라서 참 다행이었습니다.</p> <p
