color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong>?> </strong></span>이라는 기사와 관련해 해당 음란사진을 게시한 일베 회원<strong> '부가자료지원' </strong>이 적반하장으로 프레스바이플을 고소하겠다고 나섰다.</p><p>하지만 해당 사이트 '일간베스트 저장소(일베)'는 미성년자와 청소년들이 성인인증없이 누구나 접근할 수 있는 곳으로 이러한 사이트에 본인의 나체사진을 공개한 것은 심각한 성폭력 범죄다. </p><p>'부가자료지원'은 자신의  '전신나체'사진 뿐만아니라 자신의 엉덩이의 칼을 끼워 넣는 등 일반인들에게 혐오스럽다고 느껴지거나 미풍양속에 저해되고 청소년에게 유해한 게시물을 <strong>본인이 스스로 인터넷상에 게시</strong>하고 이러한<strong> 범죄행위를 비판하고 재발방지를 위해서 공익적인 목적</strong>으로 보도한  프레스바이플을 경찰과 언론중재위원회에 고발하겠다고 한다.</p><p>또 '부가자료지원'의 일베 사이트 글에 따르면 "경찰은 모자이크 처리가 됐고, 누군지를 특정할수 없기 때문에 고발 사유가 되지 않는다"고 답변을 받아 실제 경찰에 고소하지는 못했고,  언론 중재위원회에 접수를 했다고 하는데 언론중재위원회의 권고와 조정은 강제사항이 아니기 때문에  <프레스바이플>이 거부하면 이는 어차피 법원에서 다투어야 할 사안이다.</p><p><프레스바이플>은 언론중재위원회의 중재절차와 조정절차에 대해 <strong>청소년 유해 게시물 차단 </strong>등 공공의 이익으로 인한 보도로 거부한다는 내용의 답변을 보낼 예정이며, 동시에 '부가자료지원'을 포함해 지난달부터 현재까지 네티즌이 제보하거나 기자가 직접 캡쳐한 '일베 사이트'의 유해자료 게시자 536명에 대해서 경찰에 "성폭력 특별법 위반"으로 수사의뢰를 할 계획이다.  </p></td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table></p>
