그는 당시를 떠올리며 “몸싸움으로 교도관의 이가 부서졌고 얼굴엔 유혈이 낭자했다. 지강헌이 가졌던 권총과 5발의 총알은 교도관들에게서 뺏은 것이다”고 밝혔다. 실제 그는 “경찰서를 습격해 무기를 탈취해 여의도에 있는 방송사 중 한 곳을 점검해 우리 의사를 밝히는 것”이라고 말했다. 김씨는 “당시 우리는 재판에 있어서 잘해봐야 국선 변호인에게 의탁할 수 밖에
