class="xl65">30</td> <td class="xl65">60</td> </tr></tbody></table><br>거의 10일가량 하체운동을 안해서 지난번이랑 비슷한 강도로 수행.<br>마지막 가서는 힘이 모자라는건 아닌데 몸이 식고 급 의지가 저하되서 더했다가는 부상각이라는 느낌적인 느낌이 와서 중단.<br>(오랜만이라 그런가 시작부터 오른쪽 무릎에 조금씩 통증이 온것도 한가지 이유!)<br><br>그래서 오늘은 무리하지 말고 여기까지만!!<br><br>다들 ㄷㄱㄷㄱ~<br><br>
