피부과에서 처방받은 약을 병행했어요.</div> <div>스테로이드가 나쁘다 나쁘다 하는데 </div> <div>저보다 공부 더 많이 하신 의사 쌤이 어련히 알아서 해주겠나 싶어서(오랜 치료로 의사쌤과의 신뢰 쌓임)</div> <div>민간 요법에만 의지하지 않고 피부 뜯고 싶고 괴로울 땐 써줘야 한다고 생각했어요. </div> <div>스스로 마구잡이로 사 바르고 하진 않았고요(애초에 처방 받아야 살 수 있는 걸로 앎)</div> <div>처방 받은 만큼은 아끼지 않고 잘 발랐어요. </div> <div>조그만 통에 주실 때도 있고 연고 통째로 처방주실 때도 있었어요. </div> <div><strike>오, 맞다. 저 홍조가 생기긴 했어요. 스테로이드 부작용인 것 같아요. </strike></div> <div><br></div> <div>그리고 수건 사용 절대 안했고요..</div> <div>닦토도 피부상태에 따라서 해주고</div> <div>7스킨도 피부상태에 따라서 해주고</div> <div>자극을 최소한으로 주기 위해 피부에게 많이 귀를 기울였습니다. </div> <div>(나쁜냔아 뭐가 문제니)</div> <div><br></div> <div>추워도 문제고</div> <div>더워도 문제고</div> <div>정말 정말 짜증났었습니다. </div> <div><br></div> <div>기초도 아무거나 못 쓰고.. 이솔 제품만 사용했어요. </div> <div>이건 개인적으로 다 차이가 있을테니.. 찾는 과정이 힘들어서 그렇죠...</div> <div><br></div> <div>*그 외 추천템</div> <div>아연비누</div> <div>플란투어39 샴푸</div> <div><b><font size="5"><br></font></b></div> <div><b><font size="5">Ⅲ. 그 외 </font></b></div> <div><br></div> <div>그리고 <b>식습관</b>이랑 <b>수면습관</b>도 영향을 많이 끼칩니다. 신경 많이 썼어요...</div> <div>치킨, 피자, 라면류 먹으면 바로 엄청나게 간지러워졌고요 </div> <div>건강하게 먹으면 조금 잠잠해지는 경향이 있어서 신경 써서 먹었어요. </div> <div>(안 먹었다고는 안 함. 연고 있을 때만 먹음(?))</div> <div>잠은 일정량 이상 규칙적으로 자려고 노력했어요. </div> <div><br></div> <div>선크림. 바꿨습니다. </div> <div>저는 얼굴에 땀이 많은 편인데 선크림을 발라도 문제고 안 발라도 문제여서... </div> <div>뷰게에서 열심히 추천 받아서 지금은 하나에 정착했어요. </div> <div>아이허브에서 구매하고 있어요. </div> <div> <div style="text-align:left;"><img src="http://thimg.todayhumor.co.kr/upfile/201705/149423710080f4fea09307474aad739b4659c6986f__mn151875__w469__h500__f27279__Ym201705.jpg" width="469" height="500" alt="2403_shop1_437975.jpg" style="border:none;" filesize="27279"></div><br></div> <div><br></div> <div>거기다가 <b>영양제</b>도 먹었습니다. </div> <div>판토텐산/딤</div> <div>이것들이 진짜로 완화에 영향을 주었는지 안주었는지는 저도 모릅니다! </div> <div>그냥 이것들도 영향을 끼친 것 같다<<라고 생각해요. </div> <div><br></div> <div>베개커버 일주일에 한번씩 빨아야 하는데.. 못 빨고 </div> <div>베개 위에 까는 수건을 사흘에 한 번씩 교체해줬습니다. </div> <div>집에 멍멍이가 있어서</div> <div>베개 위에 올리는 용도의 큰 수건을 따로 구매하고 그것들만 따로 빨아줬어요(세탁기가)</div> <div><br></div> <div>그리고 머리 말릴 때는 무조건 찬 바람!</div> <div>찬 바람으로 하면 머리가 잘 안말라요. 대신 두피가 편안해져요.</div> <div>저는 숱이 많아서 드라이기 두개 들고 싸웁니다. 머리 말리는 데 한 3-40분 걸려요..</div> <div><b><br></b></div> <div><b><br></b></div> <div><b><br></b></div> <div><b>음..</b></div> <div>쓰고 나니까 별거 없네요... </div> <div>피부과 다니면서 스스로에게 맞는 것들 찾는게 제일 힘들었던 것 같아요.</div> <div>거기다가 클렌징 할 때마다 손에 오돌토돌 걸리는 것들, 괴롭도록 간지러운 것들 </div> <div>심리적으로도 많이 힘들었고요... </div> <div><br></div> <div>스트레스 땜에 그렇다는데 </div> <div>스트레스>피부염>스트레스>피부염의 루트는 정말이지 끝이 안나더군요.</div> <div>지루성 피부염이 오기 전의 피부로는 영영 돌아가지 못하는 것을 이제 납득하고 있습니다.</div> <div>턱이랑 목이 이어지는 쪽에는 흉터처럼 남아 있어요. </div> <div>여전히 가아끔 상태 안 좋으면 턱부분이 쪼ㅑ라라락 올라오고요. </div> <div><br></div> <div>함부로 화장품 바꾸지도 못하고 늘 쓰는 것만 쓰면서 </div> <div>다른 분들이 좋다고 하는 것들도 그냥 구경만 하게 되는 좋은점(!)도 있어요. </div> <div><br></div> <div>꿀피부는 절대 못하더라도 중간 정도의(?) 화장하면 그나마 괜찮은,</div> <div>너무 간지럽거나 너무 흉하지 않은 정도의 선에서 만족하고 있습니다. </div> <div><br></div> <div>더운 여름이 다가오는데 또 어쩌면 지루성 피부염이 올라올지도 몰라요. </div> <div>솔직히 긴장돼요. </div> <div>그래도 올라오면 이제 저는 피부과 가서 약을 처방받고 다시 피부에 공을 좀 들이고 </div> <div>위에서 서술한 루틴을 반복적으로 좀 더 신경 써서 수행할테죠. </div> <div><br></div> <div>지금 정신이 없어서 횡설수설한 것 같네용..</div> <div>진짜 별 거 아니지만 쪼오끔이라도 도움 되었으면 좋겠네요.</div> <div>지루성 피부염으로 고통 받으시는 분들!</div> <div>다들 힘내시길! 가끔은 하느님도 외로워서 눈물을 흘리신다.
새들이 나뭇가지에 앉아 있는 것도 외로움 때문이고
네가 물가에 앉아 있는 것도 외로움 때문이다.
산 그림자도 외로워서 하루에 한 번씩 마을로 내려온다.
종소리도 외로워서 울려 퍼진다.
