프랑스의 명과라는 마들렌 입니다.</p>

</p><p style="margin: 0pt;">재료: 중력분 48g, 베이킹파우더 1g, 레몬1개, 설탕 76g, 소금 0.2g, 꿀 8g, 생크림 45g, 버터 68g, 달걀물 79g</p>
<p style="margin: 0pt;">마지팬 재료: 아몬드가루 100g, 설탕 100g, 물 10g, 달걀흰자 10g</p>

<p style="margin: 0pt;">생크림을 끓이는건 보존기간이 좀 더 길어지도록 그러는 거 라네요.</p>

</p><p style="margin: 0pt;">다 끝나면 렙으로 씌워서 2~3시간 냉장숙성 해줍니다.</p>

<p style="margin: 0pt;">팬에서 잘 분리 해 내기위해 팬에 손으로 버터를 좀 발라주고 밀가루를 뿌려줍니다.</p>

다른데서 마들렌을 먹어본 적이 없어서...<br />
이게 맞는건진 모르겠지만... 암튼 완성됐네요.<br />
기회가 되면 마들렌을 어디서 사먹어 봐야겠어요. 제가 만든거랑 어떻게 다른지...
