그랬더라. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">거칠게 말해서 좌방한계선이란 '우파 정치인이 좌클릭할수 있는 한계선'을 뜻한다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">좌방한계선의 위치는 정통 우파 유권자가 그의 좌클릭을 용인할 수 있는 정도에 달렸다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">우방한계선은 위 정의에서 좌우만 바꿔넣으면 되고. 흔히 하는 말로 중도화전략의 한계선 쯤으로도 부를수 있겠다.</p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">대한민국 헌정사에서 좌방한계선이 누구보다 멀었던 정치인은 박근혜다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">그냥 적통도 아니고 한국 우파를 만들다시피한 분의 딸이 </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">경제민주화가 아니라 사회주의 건설을 내걸었더라도 어느 우파가 그녀를 의심했을까. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">그녀가 선거의 여왕인 이유 중엔 이것도 있다고 생각한다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">좌우 공간을 박지성이 국대 뛰듯 넓게 써도 문제가 안생기는 정치인은 헌정사에 그녀 외에는 없었다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">그 막강했던 이명박만 봐도, 대북정책 좀 전향적으로 내걸었다가 </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;line-height:19.32px;">당장<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display:inline;"> 자기 좌방한계선을 6px;"><br></p> <p style="margin:0px 0px 6px;">비슷한 논리로, 지금 야권에서 우방한계선이 가장 먼 정치인은 문재인이다. </p> <p style="margin:0px 0px 6px;">진보파 유권자가 용인할수 있는 폭이 가장 넓다. </p> <p style="margin:0px 0px 6px;">이상돈이 튕겨나가고 김종인이 안착하는 차이도, 선거가 임박했다는 요소 외에 이게 크다.</p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><br></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">(좌/우방한계선이 멀다와 좌/우클릭을 많이 한다가 꼭 같은 말은 아니다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">당장 2012 대선에서 문재인의 캠페인은 본인의 우방한계선 근처에도 가지 않았다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">2007 대선의 박근혜도 본인의 좌방한계선과는 한참 먼 오른쪽에 가있었다.)</p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><br></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">그래서 역설적으로 중도 공략이란 정통파의 특권이다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">중도 공략은 어느 정도는 필연으로 고정표의 실망을 야기할텐데, </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">그걸 관리할 수 있는 자원을 더 많이 가진 정치인은 변방이 아니라 적통이다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">적통이 아닌, 그러니까 좌우 고정표의 의심을 해소할 수 없는 정치인은 중도 공략의 리스크가 더 크다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">다시 한 번 역설. 중도 성향 정치인일수록 중도정치가 어렵다.</p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">이건 문재인과 안철수의 능력 문제가 아니다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">어느정도는 우연의 산물이다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">박근혜나 문재인이나 적통이 된 것은 생물학적/사회적 혈통이 가져다준 우연이었다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">대신 변방은 변방 특유의 판을 뒤흔드는 파괴력을 창업자산으로 갖고 들어올수 있다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">이건 적통이 못 가지는 특권이다. 엠비가 그랬고, 2012 안철수가 그랬다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">다른 조건들이 같다면, 파괴력 있는 변방이 심심한 적통보다 더 유리한 출발선이라고 생각한다.</p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><br></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">나는 2016 시점에서 안철수 신당의 약점 중 하나가 이거라고 생각한다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">변방 특유의 파괴력이 많이 소진된 현재 안철수라는 정치인은 우방한계선이 아주 좁은 카드다. </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">이 말은 그가 중도에 소구력이 없다는 뜻이 아니라, </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">그가 중도행보를 벌일 때 야권의 충성표가 인내해줄 가능성이 낮다는 뜻이다.</p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><br></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;">이 문제를 해결할 방법으로 당장 생각해볼만한 옵션은 </p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><span style="line-height:19.32px;">1.야당 내에서 당권투쟁에 승리해 새누리와의 1:1 구도로 좁혀버린다. 이건 시도했으나 물건너 갔다. </span></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><span style="line-height:19.32px;">2.야권 고정표를 다수 잃더라도 중도표로 독자생존을 노린다. </span></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><span style="line-height:19.32px;">나는 단순다수 소선거제에서 이게 가능할만큼 중도를 결집시키는게 가능하다고 생각하지 않는다. </span></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><span style="line-height:19.32px;">3. 야권 고정표 중에서 흡수 가능한 블록을 발견해 낸다. 이게 호남인데, 호남 + 중도표의 결합이 </span></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><span style="line-height:19.32px;">현재로서는 유일한 활로로 보인다. 그런데 이게 말이 되려면 열흘 전에 썼던 무당파의 역설을 또 풀어야 한다. </span></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><span style="line-height:19.32px;"><br></span></p> <p style="margin:6px 0px;"><span style="line-height:19.32px;">산 넘어 산이다.</span></p> <p
