▲강 대표 = 대학 등록금으로 많은 학생들이 부담을 갖는다. 학자금을 못 갚아 신용불량자가 되기도 한다. 한나라당의 반값 등록금 제도는 <b>등록금을 반값으로 낮추자는 게 아니라 등록금 부담을 반값으로 낮추자</b>는 것이다. 국가장학기금을 설치한다든지, 대학에 기부할 경우 세제 혜택을 주는 등으로 등록금 부담을 반으로 줄이자는 것이므로 이에 대한 적극 협조를 요청한다.</p>

<p align="justify" style="font-weight: normal; ">- 이은혜(대학생): 이자율도 문제지만 등록금이 너무 비싸다. 반값 등록금 정책에 뜻이 있느냐.</p>
<p align="justify"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;">= 지금 정치적으로 공약들이 나온 데가 많다. </span>내 자신은 반값 등록금 공약을 한 적이 없다.<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"> 그래도 금리를 다 부담하므로 고금리에서는 일시적으로 등록금을 적게 내도 나중에 부담이 커져 그 정책이 옳으냐 그르냐에 대한 찬반이 많다. 우리가 장학금 제도를 확대하는 쪽으로 가는 게 중요하다. 형편대로 내면 좋지만 형편이 어려운 사람에 대해서는 이자를 낮추고 이자 없이 가는 쪽으로 확대하는 게 좋겠다. 자율이라고 시장 경제에 의해 무한정 되는 것은 아니다.</span></p>
