결과를 근거로 “길고양이가 급식소 인근에 모여드는 경향이 있다”고 인정하면서도 “<strong style="font-weight:600;">급식소 인근 서식 밀도가 높아지면 먹이 경쟁에서 밀린 개체들이 다른 지역으로 이동해 을숙도 내 길고양이 서식권이 확대</strong>될 가능성이 있다”고 밝혔다. <br><br>이어 “을숙도 내 고양이 <strong style="font-weight:600;">급식소 개수는 96개에 이르러 급식소가 무분별하게 설치 및 운영</strong>되고 있는 점 등을 더해 보면 국가유산청이 불허처분을 하면서 정당한 이익형량을 누락한 점을 인정하기 어렵다”고 밝혔다. <br><br>재판부는 “급식소 설치·운영을 허가할 경우 <strong
