출범한 1948년부터 지금까지 권력을 놓은 적이 없는 세력들이고, 대한민국의 국부를 사유화하며 국가의 재산을 곶감 빼먹듯 자기들의 배를 불리기 위해 사용해 왔던 세력들이기 때문입니다. 특히 군은 일제 시대 일본군의 편제에서 벗어나지 못한 고루함을 그대로 유지해 왔습니다. 그것은 결국 그때 일본군이 갖고 있던 폐해를 우리가 그대로 갖고 있다는 것을
