<p>윤썩열 친구라는 법제처장의 아주 지랄맞게  한심한 헌법해석.</p> <p> </p> <p>아래와 같이 헌법에 의거하여 대통에게는 헌법재판관 3명에 대한 임명권 부여되고 있음이 </p> <p>분명하나 재판관중 3인은 국회에서 선출하는 자를, 3인은 대법원장이 지명하는자를 의무적으로 임명해야 하는</p> <p>의무 임명권이 명백함에도 이를 마치 헌법재판관 9인 모두에 대하여 재량 임명권을 부여 받고 있다는 주장을 하고 있으니</p> <p>이는 명석한 초등학생 보다 못한 헌법 해석이 맞지 않는가/</p> <p> </p> <p>대통 입맛에 맞으면 임명 안맞으면 불임명이라는 해석으로 헌법 기관인 헌법재판소 존재 자체를</p> <p>개무시하는 지극히 아주 지랄맞게 한심한 법제처장의 헙법 해석은</p> <p>제왕을 넘어  황제 임명권으로 헌법의 삼권분립 대원칙에도 어긋남이 맞지 않는가/</p> <p> </p> <p>그리고 보편적 주권 국민인 본 필자도 보다도 헌법 해석이 한참 부족한 저런 인간들이</p> <p>법제처장으로 재직 하고 있으니 대한민국의 앞날이 참으로 걱정스럽다. </p> <p> </p> <p>이것은 다른 한편으로는  대한민국의 정치 사건에서는 주권 국민 배심원제가 응당 당연히 </p> <p>필요한 타당한 이유 이기도 하다.</p> <p> </p> <p>주권 직접 민주주의 헌법 개정은 정권 교체하고 내란의 싹을</p> <p>완전 제거한 후 유럽 선진국 헌법을 참고로 하여 충분한 대국민 토론으로 완성해야 함은 두말할 필요가 없다.    </p> <p> </p> <p>그 누가 아니라고 우겨도 헌법상 최고 권력은
