This player was reported to have the item equipped on their character while they were near the Moongate in West Dunbarton, on Ruairi. The rarity of the item and how soon it appeared on the North American service of Mabinogi immediately caused suspicions and controversy within the player community. The situation escalated quickly into several communication channels, including US forums, Korean forums, social channels and Reddit. Our team has been working diligently to gather all the facts, take action as necessary, and resolve some of the aftermath of the incident mentioned above.</span><br style="font-family:'Lucida Sans';font-size:14px;background-color:#f9f9f9;"><br style="font-family:'Lucida Sans';font-size:14px;background-color:#f9f9f9;"><span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans';font-size:14px;background-color:#f9f9f9;">The Mabinogi Team takes these matters seriously and we apply rigorous internal processes to ensure we are gathering all the facts in order to address issues that are negatively impacting our player community. Though these processes take time, they are executed in a manner with the end goal of resolving an issue at its root.
