저번에도 올렸던건데,
다이어트라기보단 복근을 만드는 운동입니다.
저도 처음에 댓글반응보고 안되는건가...?
하다가 하루에 한세트씩만 꾸준히 식단조절은 형편이 안돼서 못했구...
아무튼, 하루에 한세트씩 지금 일주일정도 했는데(이틀만 빼먹구,,,)
복근과 옆구리 근육이(정확한 명칭을 몰라서;;;) 생성되고있습니다!
전혀 효과없는 운동이란 없는것같습니다!
귀찮아하지말고 하루에 한세트씩만이라도 하면 효과가 보입니다!
