style="font-family:'오이';letter-spacing:0pt;">.</span></p> <p> </p><p></p></td></tr></tbody></table><br><div><font size="3">안녕하세요, 다게 여러분! 부산은 밤중에 한바탕 비가 쏟아졌습니다. 딱 그 때만 내리고 오늘은 햇볕이 다시 쨍쨍 내리쬐더군요. 그래도 많이 덥지는 않고 시원한 바람이 불어서 한결 살 것 같습니다.</font></div> <div><font size="3"><br></font></div> <div><font size="3">오늘 저녁에 운동하면서 거울에 비춰진 내 몸을 보니 문득 생각이 들더군요. 여전히 내 몸은 울퉁불퉁, 예쁘질 않고 만족스러운 수준이 아닌데, 앞으로 정말 많은 시간이 지나야 내가 원하는 몸과 체중이 될 수 있을 텐데, 이런 방식이 괜찮을까, 하는 생각이요. 먹을 만큼 먹고 적당히 부담안 갈 정도로 운동하고 규칙적인 생활과 영양도 잘 챙겨먹으려고 노력합니다만, '살을 빼고 지방을 줄이는' 결과를 내기에는 좀 부족하는 생각이 들었습니다. 이 정도는 그냥 현상 유지 정도? 좀 더 빡세게 식이를 하고 죽어라고 운동을 해야 느리게라도 내가 원하는 결과가 나올까, 하고 생각하기도 했습니다. 밥도 잘 챙겨먹고 꼭꼭 씹으며 천천히 먹으려고 노력하고 물도 많이 마시고 운동도 계속하고 패스트푸드도 거의 먹지 않고 달고 안 좋은 간식도 안 먹는 좋은 습관이 형성되었고 그것을 유지해가고 있다고 자부합니다만, 그저 '좋은 습관'으로는 부족할지도 모르겠습니다. 다시 방향에 대한 설정이 필요할지도 모르겠군요. </font></div> <div><font size="3"><br></font></div> <div><font size="3">이래저래 다이어트에 대한 고민도 생기고, 공부에 대한 고민도 많은 하루였네요. 하루 종일 피곤해서 공부하는 게 무척 힘들었습니다ㅠㅠ 대신에 식이와 운동은 꽤 바람직한 하루를 보낸 것 같아요. 대신이라고는 하기에는 뭣하지만 이정도로 만족해야겠네요. 바람이 솔솔 불어와서 선풍기를 안 틀어도 충분히 시원한 날들이 계속되고 있네요.저는 오늘 다 못한 것들을 마무리하고 일찍 자려고 합니다. 그럼 다게 여러분도 힘찬 일주일 시작하시길 바랍니다~ </font></div> <div><font size="3"><br></font></div>
